Training Sessions

Recently our HR and training guru Jason, delivered several Lighthouse training sessions to our newest recruits, Jay and Muhammed. They were also joined by three MAX Co members visiting from Japan and America. These L&D sessions encompass an array of subjects including products, marketing and sales. The MAX team not only had the opportunity to visit customers but also England’s oldest Inn!
