Managing Director
Simon is the ultimate driving force behind Lighthouse, with an unrelenting desire to continue the 3 decades of success, whilst maintaining our core principles of putting customers at the centre of everything we do. He started in 2004 and has a powerful blend of experience and formal qualifications (Chartered Member IoD, CIPD Qualified). In his time as a Director, Simon has built a strong marketing, support, customer service and sales infrastructure, resulting in Lighthouse being Europe's most successful manufacturer of print & cut systems.

André has 35 years industry experience and heads up our operation in the Netherlands. Admired and respected for his professionalism and dedication to providing the highest levels of customer service, he fits the Lighthouse philosophy perfectly. Based at our offices in Soesterberg, which is in the province of Utrecht, he is responsible for maximising the opportunity created by the considerable Max Co/Lighthouse Group resources available to him.

Production Manager
Sib runs our extensive production facilities, manufacturing a huge range of materials for all our products. The quality standards are exceptionally high and Sib's expertise and unwavering commitment to ensure we always deliver, is key to our success in this area. Goods in/out, order despatch, Health & Safety, facilities management, ISO certification and purchasing, are other functions which fall under his control... he's a very busy guy!

Production Supervisor
There's no shortcut to experience and after 10 years of outstanding service, Dave has that in abundance. His willingness to throw himself into all aspects of our Production facilities over the last decade, have made Dave a highly respected individual by everyone who deals with him. He currently heads up our sign shop, handling the production of a diverse range of both printed and fabricated output. Dave's graphic design skills ensure our marketing materials are fresh and constantly updated.

He's constantly training, coaching and supporting his staff, to ensure they always provide the best help and advice possible.

Marketing Manager
Our marketing function covers a great deal, from organising our attendance at over 40 exhibitions each year, to handling sales enquiries, system quotes and a staggering 43,000 requests for information packs/samples last year! They also answer our incoming calls, which takes a huge level of commitment to ensure we answer promptly; the average is less than 3 seconds. The remarkable Helena, calmly looks after the large team it takes to deliver all of this. The sheer volume of work is one part of her challenge, but the response times we set ourselves are another completely!

Assistant Marketing Manager
Our Marketing function is incredibly busy and Lucy has been a key member of the team since 2014. As her knowledge and experience of the wide and varied time-sensitive challenges grew, her focus and attention to detail became invaluable. When the pressure is really on, Lucy exudes calm and clear thinking, making her a joy to work with. The far from insignificant task of managing the booking and arranging of over 45 exhibitions each year, is part of her role, which she performs in her typically unflappable style!

Telesales & Support Manager
We handle over 1 million calls per year. Dan's team predominantly looks after outbound communications, contacting customers with updates, support and warranty information. They also handle the exhibition enquiries and book demonstration requests directly into our sales diaries. 10 years at Lighthouse have given Dan an encyclopaedic knowledge and understanding of our client base. Fortunately for the rest of us, our CRM software provides much needed back up!

Telesales & Support Assistant Manager
Shannon first made a name for herself many years ago, by scoring one of the highest ever combined scores in the comprehensive and somewhat daunting, Lighthouse internal exams. This translated into outstanding product, application and operational knowledge, which in turn enabled her to consistently provide the highest levels of support to our customers across our entire range. Add to that her commitment, initiative and infectious positivity and you can see why Shannon is a highly valued member of our team, always delivering excellence as standard.

Installation & Technical Manager
Jonny started as an apprentice and has spent time in every department over the last 7 years, whilst also achieving a 1st class honours degree in Business Management. His understanding of the business is exceptional and he ensures we provide an industry-leading service to our customers, in person and by phone. From initial system installation, to servicing, repairs, technical queries and support, Jonny makes sure we look after you.

As our staff numbers grow, Jason has become increasingly busy, looking after everyone. CIPD qualified, he covers HR, Learning & Development, GDPR training (implementation and maintenance), recruitment, assessment and induction. He's always on the go, but is never seen without a smile on his face.

Chris Clark

Head of Accounts
Chris runs our busy accounts department using his wealth of experience, gained over many years. His staff process orders, invoices, perform credit checks, liaise with suppliers, control purchasing, etc. The Lighthouse policy of paying all suppliers on time, every time, is popular; Chris successfully ensures we never receive an incoming call chasing payment. He also maintained our record of zero bad debt in 2018, by collecting every penny we invoiced. Total cost of bad debt since 1991, is £198!

Chairman
Steve is the founder of Lighthouse. He continues to work closely with our Management team, all functions within our parent company in Japan, key suppliers and international partners. In 2018/19, he headed-up our first acquisition in Europe. This has already proved to be very successful and so he is constantly monitoring and investigating other potential opportunities. 2021 will mark his 30th year in the business.
