Simon PrattBusiness Development Director"I genuinely feel our customers and dealers get an extremely high level of service from the Lighthouse team, and tremendous value out of all our products. Everyone knows their job inside out, and works together to achieve more for our customers. That's why we've got so many long standing customers, some of them from the very earliest days of the business."Simon takes a very holistic approach to the business development role at Lighthouse, overseeing the sales (UK & International), marketing, installation, technical and customer support functions. As a result, they operate in a co-ordinated and integrated fashion, working towards a common goal, rather than as separate and autonomous departments. |

Ann GrayOffice Manager"Lighthouse feels like a real family. Everyone pitches in and helps out, and we all work hard to keep our customers happy. For me that's the best part of this job: we value our customers and suppliers, and it really feels like we've got a great relationship with every one of them."As Office Manager, Ann has a demanding remit. Her department processes the orders, raises invoices, oversees all payments, maintains the customer files, and administers any and all government paperwork. (There's always plenty of that!) In addition, Ann coordinates all facets of our ISO certificates. |

Sib TurnerProduction Manager"The industry moves at such a pace, we really need to be on the ball at all times - and we are! We have an impressive plant list, with an array of cutting-edge technology at our disposal. It's such a great team at Lighthouse - and a tremendous working atmosphere. Through our raw materials, production methods and quality control, we constantly strive to reach the highest possible standards."Sib manages both disciplines within our busy Production Department, where we produce all the materials for our printing systems and also run our complementary sign-shop service. |
